How we use request information.

Information you provide

When you submit a sourcing request or manufacturer introduction, you may provide contact details, company information, packaging specifications, manufacturing capabilities, expected volume, timing, uploaded files, and other details relevant to your inquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to review the request, clarify requirements, identify potential manufacturers, coordinate quotes, and improve how we respond to similar inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Potential manufacturers

Packaging specifications and other request details may be shared with potential manufacturers when needed to evaluate capability, availability, and pricing. Contact or company information may also be shared when necessary to obtain or coordinate a quote.

Service providers

The website and optional file uploads are hosted through Cloudflare. Buyer requests and manufacturer introductions are processed through Formspree and delivered to Plastic Film Partners. Those providers process information only as needed to operate their services and according to their own privacy practices.

Manufacturer introductions

We use your contact details, company information, and capability information to discuss a potential working relationship and consider your business for relevant sourcing inquiries. Any commission arrangement is agreed separately.

Uploaded files

Uploaded files are stored in private Cloudflare storage and are not publicly listed. They are made available through unlisted, hard-to-guess download links included with your sourcing request. Anyone with a download link can access the file; a separate sign-in is not required. These links expire 30 days after upload. Expiration does not remove copies already downloaded or shared.

Relevant files may be shared with prospective manufacturers when needed to evaluate your requirements and obtain quotes. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
